Founded in 1997 by two brothers — François Rouach, a passionate aircraft mechanic, and Olivier Rouach, M.Sc. in Management — Bel-Air Express is dedicated to providing aircraft spare parts support for ATR operators worldwide.

Over the years, the company has evolved into a recognized specialist in ATR rotable support, maintaining a large inventory strategically located near Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport to ensure fast and reliable service to customers around the globe.
